Terms & Conditions for Hopdoddy Holiday Burger Bonus Card Promotion

The Holiday Burger Bonus Card Promotion ("Promotion") is a limited-time offer available from Monday November 25th, 2024 to Wednesday December 25th, 2024, subject to availability and the terms outlined below. During this period, eligible customers can receive a Burger Bonus Card when they make a qualifying gift card purchase.

Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all customers who make a qualifying gift card purchase at Hopdoddy Burger Bar during the promotion period.To qualify for the Bonus Card, customers must purchase $50 in gift cards from Hopdoddy Burger Bar.Customers who purchase in-store must claim the bonus card by completing the online form at https://doddy.me/claimbonuscard
by December 31, 2024.

‍Bonus Card Details
Customers who complete the Burger Bonus Card Claim Form will receive 1 Burger Bonus Card for every $50 in valid gift card purchases on January 1, 2025.The Bonus Card is valid for use from January 1, 2025 through January 31, 2025.The Bonus Card is redeemable in-store at any Hopdoddy Burger Bar location for 1 free burger, elevations and modifications not included.The Bonus Card cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards, prepaid cards, or other financial products unless specified otherwise.The Bonus Card cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.The Bonus Card has no cash value.The Bonus Card does not include tax or gratuity.

‍Redemption
Bonus Cards are redeemable for 1 free burger.The card must be presented at the time of purchase.The Bonus Card is non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash or credit.

The Promotion is subject to availability, and Hopdoddy Burger Bar reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.Hopdoddy Burger Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Burger Bonus Cards.This Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, or affiliates of Hopdoddy Burger Bar.Customers must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws when participating in the Promotion.

Limitations and Exclusions
‍One Free Burger Bonus Card per customer per transaction.Bonus Cards may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or special offer.Bonus Cards not valid for burger elevations or modifications that incur fees.

Hopdoddy Burger Bar is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected scratch cards. The company will not replace any cards that are not received or are damaged in any way.
